Lower Hutt is the core of our day-to-day work. From Petone's flat and the Esplanade through to Wainuiomata and the western hills, the rental stock is varied and the market moves street by street. Amy and Lisa know which homes rent in a week and which need a price or presentation change.

Upper Hutt gives tenants space, trains and a more relaxed rent than the central city. It is also where a crowded rental market shows up first. We have been renting homes through Totara Park, Trentham, the CBD and the valley suburbs, and we would rather price a property so it lets than watch it sit.
