Four a year, with a written report and photographs.
Rent
Checked every weekday. Paid to you on the 1st and the 15th.
Maintenance
Trades we use ourselves, from the first call through to completion.
Statements
A monthly snapshot, and again at the end of the financial year.
Disputes
Tribunal or mediation, included in the management fee.

Haven Home Rentals is here to take care of your residential rental. Not everyone chose to be an investor. Some people become landlords by accident, and we are here for them, through to owners with larger portfolios.
