Sign the agreement
Return the management agreement. That is the point we can act for you.

Write to your current company
Tell them, in writing, that you are changing. Copy us in. We take it from there.

- The tenant told what is changing
- Rent collected and paid out to you
- Maintenance already in progress, continued
