It's our 1st birthday
A huge thank you to our owners, tenants and tradies. We could not have done the first year without you. Haven Home Rentals started in 2023 just as New Zealand was heading into a recession. Over that year we were glad to help people, do the work we like, and stay with the values we set out with.
How it started
Amy and Lisa met at the same Wellington property management company and found they worked as if they shared a brain. Same values: people first, with communication and transparency in the middle of the job. After six years they still liked each other, so they went out on their own. The client list grew slowly, then by word of mouth.
The approach is still the same. Meet owners together at the start, keep them in the loop, and treat the house as if it matters, because it does. If you want the longer version of who does the work, the team page is the place.
